I was born into a family of artists, my Grandmother, Erna Bush, was the on-call artist for the Washington DC Orchid Society, my Great Aunt Ella Bush, has her miniutre portraits in the Washington DC National Art Gallery, and my Father was an accomplished artist in many collections.

I am a Visual Artist, with a keen eye to the other dimension of human experience. The process of the artist takes courage to be honest and paint with integrity. I enjoy figurative oil painting. I try to transmit my feelings of an experience in my paintings.

My Father put me into art classes when I was 3 years old, at the New York American Museum of Natural History, there were programs for young children to paint with tempera paint and brush. I remember doing blue figurative stick people, I had no choice in the matter of being an artist and I feel very lucky that I had this desire to create fostered in me so young in life.
